How long does my order take to ship?

All shipments are sent out on Fridays. If you place an order on Monday, it will go out Friday. If you place an order on Friday, it will go out the next Friday.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Sorry. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are offered only in situations where pottery is damaged during shipping. We are more than happy to send a complimentary replacement in lieu of a return, if that is your preference. Returns are not offered for pickup orders or for any other reason.
